The methane content of the gas source for this project accounts for 72%, with relatively high levels of hydrogen and butane. By conducting precise on-site gas source matching, debugging the ECU program, and adjusting key operating parameters such as engine knock and exhaust temperature, the technical team has enabled the unit to achieve continuous 210KW operation 24/7 and stable fault-free operation for 5,000 hours. In addition, the unit has successfully passed the extreme cold test at -40℃ in Siberia, Russia, demonstrating excellent weather resistance.
