The methane content of the gas source in this project accounts for 72%, with relatively high levels of hydrogen and butane. Through on-site precise gas source matching, debugging of the ECU program, and key operating parameters such as engine knock and exhaust temperature, the technical team has enabled the unit to achieve continuous operation of 210KW 7×24 hours and stable fault-free operation for 5,000 hours. In addition, the unit has successfully passed the extreme cold environment test of -40℃ in Siberia, Russia, demonstrating excellent weather resistance.
